STOP TAIJI Dolphins slaughter- Fishinabox Fan Spotter out on the Street

FISHINABOX FANS WERE PRESENT IN SUPPORT  AND COULD BE SPOTTED THROUGHOUT THE CROWDS ON THIS MONTHS DEMO AGAINST THE ANNUAL SLAUGHTER OF DOLPHINS IN TAIJI COVE JAPAN (January 17 2015)

FISHINABOX RECORDS released the Album TAIJI COVE which could be heard on the streets on the DEMO from Cavendish Square to Trafalgar Square.

Following WHALESONG’s release late last month we had a flood of requests to write a soundtrack to spread awareness about the issue from both the Fan Base and Demonstrators committed to the cause, FISHINABOX well known for internal collaborations pulled together a London and Amsterdam based Crew of artists from Japan, China the UK and Canada who working day and night, Cut the Album in a record three days with in the week run up to the DEMO.

The Final Cut was titled “An Environmental Documentary performed in DUBSTEP”

“We did this in DUBSTEP because its basically the best sound for street events, well that an d some crazy shit percussion outfit like STOMP,. but we didn’t have that sort of set up to hand. DUBSTEP is  the perfect musical back drop for expressing objection to the system,. we like to think of this Album as sitting firmly in the  – POLITICS OF DUBSTEP – “

The Album is currently going through a quick clean up , the adding of an additional track and the return of DJ SKYAAZ turntablist, Old School Scratcher with the TECHNICS 1210’S to add the final levels to get this Album ready for Global Release.
